Our Vision:
Our vision is straightforward: to create a place in Kharadi that no guest wants to vacate. It’s not that there is nothing outside, but that there is everything one could possibly require inside. It includes nature, comfort, good food, and places for all sorts of occasions.

Our Story:
Kapila started with a straightforward question: why should a genuinely good resort stay require a long drive out of Pune?
The answer was 15 acres in New Kharadi, close to the city’s IT hubs and residential neighborhoods, but designed to feel nothing like them. We built the lawns first, then the villas, then the restaurant, then the venues, always with one standard in mind: would a guest who has stayed at good properties elsewhere feel that this measured up?
The answer, based on the guests who return and the weddings that book years in advance, has been yes.
